HUNTERTOWN, IN - October 20, 2017 -- Bella Innovative Modern Cabinetry (IMC) announces their new online cabinet ordering system complete with snap-together Lockdowel assembly. Bella IMC has significantly accelerated the cabinet buying and procurement process by implementing online ordering to simplify and streamline each step. In addition, cabinets easily assemble at the customer’s home or job site using Lockdowel glue-less, tool-less snap-together assembly. Bella IMC President Chad Shelton says the new process takes less than a third of the time traditional cabinet ordering and building requires, and saves 60 percent in labor costs.
“New software drives the ordering portion of our Bella IMC website,” Chad Shelton Bella IMC owner and president says. “Now customers can order customized cabinets, shelving and drawers, in their specific size dimensions, woods and finishes quickly and remotely. The entire set will be ready with Lockdowel snap-together assembly at their doorsteps in a fraction of the time it would take to build using phone or fax ordering and screws and cams.”
“Lockdowel has made assembling on-site intuitive and simple. It takes about five minutes per cabinet box to put them together,” Chad says. “The whole process translates to up to 60 percent less in up-front costs for cabinets!”
From the Bella IMC website: ww.BellaIMC.com, a customer logs in and selects modern cabinet styles for drawers, doors and shelving. She chooses from a vast array of colors, textures, finishes, laminates and woods. Then the dimensions for each piece are entered. In addition, customers may request design help or order a kit to show sample finishes.
“We have state of the art design software,” Chad explains. “You can see how your room will look before ordering.”
After the customer clicks “enter” the order is sent to the Bella IMC Omal CNC machine where it is cut, drilled and inserted with Lockdowel Eclips fasteners. Then the cabinets are finished and flat-packed, all systematically at the Bella IMC shop in Huntertown.
“We save all the dimensions so if a customer wants to replace their cabinet doors for a whole new look in a couple of years, it is as easy as choosing a color. Or if part of the cabinet is damaged he can simply remove the damaged piece and replace it with a new piece - no tools required, since each piece is Lockdowel ready,” Chad explains.
